Rental Fees

Standard Rates

$595.00 per day for Weekdays. Three Day Minimum 

$695.00 per day for Weekends. Three Day Minimum 

Holiday and Peak-Season Rates

$795.00 per day. Three to Four Day Minimum depending on Holiday. 

Please Note: 

We accept only credit card payments. Our payment schedule consists of three payments. 

  1. At the time of booking a reservation, we require a valid credit card and 50% of the total reservation cost upon acceptance of your reservation. We do not take American Express.
  2. We require the remaining 50% reservation cost 60 days on or before of your arrival date.
  3. We require a $1,000 Refundable SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT at time of reservation.  This will be a hold on your credit card and not a charge. The hold of this security deposit will be released within 48 hours of your departure unless there is damage to the property.
  • We require full payment of all fees for any reservation made within 60 days of your arrival date.

It is important that you clearly understand our policy for credit card charges, refunds, cancellations, and any changes to your reservation. 

  • We provide credit card payments for your convenience.  However, our credit card transactions are subject to a 3% convenience surcharge.  We do this in order to maintain the lowest rental rates possible.  We accept only VISA and MASTERCARD.  The name on the credit must match the name of the person on the rental agreement.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • In the event that you are unable to use your booking, there is a one-time rebooking option. You may cancel your reservation with a 60 day notice via email and remit an additional $150.00 which will constitute your rebooking fee. This extends your rebooking option for one-year from the time of your cancellation. At a minimum your rental fee will remain the same, however, a future booking may incur a higher seasonal or holiday rate.  
  • All cancellations MUST BE made in writing.
  • OPTIONAL: Cancellation Insurance – 10% of Rental Fee due with booking deposit. 100% Refund if cancellation occurs any time before 48 hours of your arrival date. You may rebook prior to 48 hours and the $150 rebooking fee will be waived along with 45 Day Notice Clause.  The 10% Cancellation Insurance fee is non-refundable.
  • A 12% tax Tax will apply to all rental fees.
  • Damage Waiver Fee is $99.00 (Non-refundable)  (Covers up to $1,000 Accidental Damages), Cleaning fee is $295.00 (Required)  This covers opening, daily maid service and final clean after your departure.  SEE DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY IN RENTAL AGREEMENT
  • Any changes to your reservation will result in a minimum $100 processing fee.
